Questions or In-Classroom Technology Emergencies:

For non-emergency technical issues please use the Help Desk Service Request System.

 

To submit a new service request:

  • Navigate to: http://rchelpdesk.reedleycollege.edu/ 
  • Enter your network ID and password.
    • If you have forgotten your password, please call (559) 494-3555 or use the "Forgot Password" button on the helpdesk homepage.
  • In the “Request Type” box, select the problem type.
  • Answer the questions with as much detail as possible.
  • Fill in the <LOCATION> according to where the problem is occurring to assign the appropriate technician.
  • Click on <SAVE>.
  • The ticket will be submitted and the technician will then be notified.

 

To check on your ticket status:

  • Navigate to: http://rchelpdesk.reedleycollege.edu/
  • Enter your network ID and password.
    • If you have forgotten your password, please call (559) 494-3555 or use the "Forgot Password" button on the helpdesk homepage.
  • At the top of the window click the <HISTORY> button.
  • Scan the resulting list of tickets and select the number your interested in.
  • If the ticket status is open, you can add a note asking for a status update or adding more information that might assist the technician in troubleshooting the issue.
  • The assigned technician will be sent an e-mail informing them of the updated information or request.
