Welcome to the Reedley College Computer Services department
Questions or In-Classroom Technology Emergencies:
Reedley College: Call (559) 494-3555 or extension 3555 from any campus telephone.
For non-emergency technical issues please use the Help Desk Service Request System.
To submit a new service request:
- Navigate to: http://rchelpdesk.reedleycollege.edu/
- Enter your network ID and password.
- If you have forgotten your password, please call (559) 494-3555 or use the "Forgot Password" button on the helpdesk homepage.
- In the “Request Type” box, select the problem type.
- Answer the questions with as much detail as possible.
- Fill in the <LOCATION> according to where the problem is occurring to assign the appropriate technician.
- Click on <SAVE>.
- The ticket will be submitted and the technician will then be notified.
To check on your ticket status:
- Navigate to: http://rchelpdesk.reedleycollege.edu/
- Enter your network ID and password.
- If you have forgotten your password, please call (559) 494-3555 or use the "Forgot Password" button on the helpdesk homepage.
- At the top of the window click the <HISTORY> button.
- Scan the resulting list of tickets and select the number your interested in.
- If the ticket status is open, you can add a note asking for a status update or adding more information that might assist the technician in troubleshooting the issue.
- The assigned technician will be sent an e-mail informing them of the updated information or request.
