Reedley College’s Asian & Pacific Islander Faculty & Staff Association (APIFSA) seeks to ensure student success for Asian & Pacific Islander (API) students by embracing diversity, fostering relationships, and cultivating inclusivity while engaging in structured dialogue to amplify API voices. ​APIFSA is dedicated to celebrating the rich cultures of the API diaspora and strives to build capacity to further educational success.

The Black Faculty and Staff Association’s (BFSA) purpose is to be an advocate for African American issues in higher education, which also includes the educational welfare and advancement of the African American community. Our goal is to promote the social and cultural dimensions of African America history, heritage and culture as it relates to education. The BFSA is dedicated to enriching Reedley College, African American students, faculty, staff and the surrounding community through leadership, model citizenship, cultural pride, cultural awareness activities and active participation in campus programs and activities.

The Latino Faculty & Staff Association is an educational organization whose purpose is to be an advocate for Latino issues in higher education.
