Access your email through:
- Web: outlook.office365.com (use your full email as username)
- Mobile: Download Outlook app for iOS/Android

If you don't have access to your recovery options, contact IT support at (559) 494-3000 with a valid photo ID.
What is MFA and is it required?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security feature that requires two forms of verification to access your account: your password plus a code sent to your phone or authenticator app.
Yes, MFA is required for all students, faculty, and staff to protect sensitive information and comply with security regulations.
See the MFA tab for detailed setup instructions.
Can I use my college account after I graduate?
Your account remains active for 6 months after graduation to allow for:
- Accessing transcripts and records
- Completing any pending coursework
- Transitioning to personal accounts
Important: Download any important files and emails before the 6-month period ends. We recommend forwarding your college email to a personal account during this time.

Can IT fix my personal laptop or phone?
IT support can assist with:
- Connecting your device to campus WiFi
- Setting up your college email on your device
- Installing campus-required software
- Troubleshooting access to college systems (Canvas, library, etc.)
However, we cannot repair hardware issues or fix personal software problems unrelated to college services. For device repairs, contact the manufacturer or a professional repair service.
