Our residence hall provides a safe, supportive environment with 24/7 professional staff, trained resident advisors, and secure key card access throughout the building.

How to Apply
Housing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply early to secure your spot.
Submit Housing Application
Complete the housing application using your SCCCD email. Select the correct term.
Housing ApplicationPay Contract Fee
Pay the $200 non-refundable contract fee through your student portal.

Monitor your SCCCD email for confirmation or waitlist notification.

Meal Plan Details
All residents are required to purchase a meal plan. Your account receives $81 weekly in Tiger Bucks, which can be used at the cafeteria and vending machines. No summer meal plan is available.
12+ Units
Enrolled in at least 12 units during the academic year
In-Person Class
Enrolled in a minimum of one in-person class
2.0 GPA
Maintain a semester and cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
Health Insurance
Proof of current health insurance coverage required
Vaccination Requirements
Submit the Residence Hall Immunization Clearance Form to the Health Office before moving in. Maintain compliance with all college health requirements.

Drug-Free Campus
SCCCD maintains drug-free campuses. Alcohol and controlled substances are strictly prohibited. All residents must sign a Drug-Free Agreement prior to moving in.
