The concert, led by Jenny Bent of Sonoma State University, will include singers from Sonoma State, Reedley College, and other select California schools. The mass choir and NYC orchestra will perform Brahms’ “Schicksalslied” and Gjeilo’s “Dark Night of the Soul.” Sponsored by MidAmerica Productions, this 5-day residency in NYC will provide our students a world-class experience in culture and music making never to be forgotten.
The cost of the tour for our 15 performers will be approximately $2,000 per student. Please help our amazing singers reach the stage of Carnegie Hall with your generous contribution today! Your donation, of any amount, will support the ensemble in reaching their goal of performing at Carnegie Hall.
