Students –
With one week remaining before the start of the fall 2020 semester, we have dedicated our summer preparing you as best we can for the challenges you will face due to the coronavirus pandemic. Although most of you will be away from campus, we want to assure you all of our services, including counseling, tutoring and library resources will be available online. For those of you who are physically going to be here for lab and coursework, our classrooms have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and social distancing guidelines have been put into place. Along with providing you with a quality education, your health and safety are our main priorities.
If you’re still looking to fill your class schedule, we have availability in multiple areas. Check the open class list in Web Advisor to see if we have anything that fits your needs. We also have laptops and hotspots available for you to borrow for the semester if you need them.
We know this is a challenging time, and we will do everything we can to make this a successful semester for you. President Buckley will continue to host student town hall forums to give you updated information and the opportunity to answer any questions you may have. If you are still deciding whether or not to take classes this semester, we encourage you to do so. This is brand new for all of us, and we will get through it together.
