Welcome Center “Live Chat” Services

The Outreach Department is now offering Chatbot and Live Chat services.

  1. For general questions, click on the orange box located on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. The Chatbox looks like this: chatbot
  2. For Live Chat services, just type Live Chat in the chatbox and you will be connected to an "outreach office" staff. chatbot preview

Live Chat - Types of Services: 

  • Application Questions
  • Online Orientation Questions
  • Get Transcripts
  • Links to General Education/Pathway Sheets
  • Help schedule an appointment to see a Counselor
  • Help connect you to other departments on campus
