Location RC Cafeteria South Lawn. Since the event this year will be held outdoors on the South Lawn of the Cafeteria there will be limited seating for guests. For this reason, RSVPs are required to walk in the ceremony.
The deadline to RSVP to walk in the ceremony is Friday, April 18th at 5:00pm. There will also be overflow seating to watch the livestream on the campus in the Cafeteria and Student Center.
Check-In For Ceremony: 5PM in the Gymnasium
The diploma size is 8 1/2’ x 11’. Graduation candidates will have their diplomas mailed out to the local address as it appears on their Graduation Application in Self Service.
You are required to apply to receive your degree or certificate, whether you decide to walk or not. The deadline to apply has been extended to April 1st. If you have not applied for your degree or certificate you must apply following these steps below:

Caps, gowns, tassels, stoles, and graduation announcements are now will be available for purchase at the Reedley College Bookstore by mid-March 2024!

Please take into consideration the following rules when decorating your graduation cap.
Failure to follow these rules will result in a replacement cap being given to you during commencement.
- No offensive language, sayings, nicknames, pictures or lyrics on cap
- No objects such as signs, stuffed animals, bells, flowers, or any 3D object may rest on the cap.
- All decorations MUST lay FLAT on the cap. Nothing can lay perpendicular thus allowing us to see the decoration beyond eye level.
- Your cap CANNOT make noise. No bells, horns, or anything that makes noise.
It is appropriate to put the following on your cap:
- Thank a parent, grandparent, teacher, friend
- Recognize the university you will be attending.
**The administration will reserve the right to disallow anything that is not considered appropriate for the Commencement ceremony.
Only college approved stoles, purchased at the bookstore or handed out by a formal college group, may be worn with your cap & gown
- All of our affinity groups hand out stoles, they are not all purchased at the bookstore.
