According to CDC guidelines for graduations, all attendees must complete a health self-screening before coming to campus the day of the event. If you or a family member has had any of the following COVID-19 symptoms within the last 24 hours, you are not to come to campus or participate:

  • Fever or Chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Sore throat
  • Fatigue
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
  • Positive COVID test

On August 23, the Trustees voted to mandate vaccination for students, employees, contractors and visitors. The District's COVID-19 protective measures are subject to legally required exemptions for sincerely held religious beliefs and medical conditions.

Congratulations on accomplishing this major goal in your collegiate career! We are excited to provide an in-person commencement celebration for our 2022 graduating class based on your career pathway.

Caps, gowns, tassels, stoles, and graduation announcements are now available for purchase at the Reedley College Bookstore!  Call 559-494-3034 for more information.

Please take into consideration the following rules when decorating your graduation cap.

Failure to follow these rules will result in a replacement cap being given to you during commencement.

  • No offensive language, sayings, nicknames, pictures or lyrics on cap

  • No objects such as signs, stuffed animals, bells, flowers, or any 3D object may rest on the cap.

  • All decorations MUST lay FLAT on the cap. Nothing can lay perpendicular thus allowing us to see the decoration beyond eye level.

  • Your cap CANNOT make noise. No bells, horns, or anything that makes noise.

It is appropriate to put the following on your cap:

  • Thank a parent, grandparent, teacher, friend

  • Recognize the university you will be attending.

**The administration will reserve the right to disallow anything that is not considered appropriate for the Commencement ceremony.

Monday - Thursday: 9 am – 2 pm
Friday: 9 am – 12 pm

The diploma size is 8 1/2’ x 11’. Graduation candidates will have their diplomas mailed out to the local address as it appears in WebAdvisor.
