The Classes of 2020 & 2021 Commencement Ceremonies will take place in the Cafeteria/Student Center each day. All students must first complete a health pre-screening prior to coming to campus.  An additional screening will occur at a booth at the north end of the Student Center prior to check-in.  Holding areas for families will be in a designated area north of the Student Center. All participants and their families will park in Lot “D” (see map).

The format is a walk-through ceremony where staff will usher graduates and families to the north side of the Student Center and into the Cafeteria to walk on stage, receive their diploma, take a photo, and out to Parking Lot “D.”

All students and guests are required to wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth to help protect themselves and others. Staff will monitor social distancing.

The deadline to RSVP was April 6, 2021. Students who did not pre-register will not be able to attend in person (no walk-ins allowed). However, all ceremonies will be live-streamed on the Reedley College YouTube channel and can also be viewed live on the Reedley College Facebook page. More details on virtual engagement will be posted on the Reedley College Commencement webpage soon.

Students will be assigned specific arrival times to attend. Please plan to arrive at your assigned arrival time. This will allow adequate time for screening and check-in and will help to ensure safe distancing for you and your family. According to California Department of Public Health guidelines, the number of guests per graduate is limited to 10, with immediate household family members in attendance only. Please check back frequently or login to your SCCCD student email account for announcements.
