FFA Activities

Reedley College is privileged to actively involved with the local FFA chapters and has the opportunity to host the following events throughout the academic years:

• Novice Showmanship Field Day- The animal science department hosts its very own showmanship invitational.  Here novice showmen get to learn how to show various species of livestock and compete in a mock showmanship competition
• Mid-Winter FFA Field Day- We host 4 FFA contests during our field day:
  • Vine Pruning
  • Natural Resources
  • Tree Pruning
  • Nursery/Landscape
• Spring FFA Field Day 2019
