Essential Skills of Leadership | January 21

- Work with team members in a way that enhances employee self-esteem
- Involve team members in solving problems and decision making
Developing Performance Goals & Standards | January 28
- Use performance management skills to hold employees accountable
- Develop clear work standards using the SMART approach (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Results-oriented, and Time-specific)
- Involve team members in creating performance standards
Providing Performance Feedback | February 4
- Use a fair, fact-based, and collaborative approach for feedback sessions
- Improve work performance while maintaining employee self-esteem
- Develop a systematic approach to performance improvement
