To be eligible for
most financial aid programs an applicant must:
-
Be a U.S.
citizen, naturalized citizen, or eligible non-citizen,
-
Have a High
School diploma, GED certificate, or other recognized equivalent,
OR have passed the
Ability to Benefit (ATB) Test,
-
Not be on
Financial Aid Disqualification as defined in the
Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic
Progress Policy,
-
Register with
Selective
Service (if you are male) or submit verification of
registration waiver eligibility,
-
Be enrolled in
and attending an eligible program of study,
-
Not be in
default or overpayment on any federal grant or loan,
-
Complete the
Free
Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have
financial need.
